  • We did this again for the Ontario Provincial Elections last week, it was fun! We had so much fun again, that we're gonna keep doing this every federal/provincial election now.

  • Very cool idea! We need the younger, brighter, environment friendly youth to chase out the OLD worn-out has-been. Keep up the good work!

  • whats the song called?

  • i was helping some guys with this in downtown ottawa last night haha

  • Awwww.... in 1989, on the eve of Earth Day in Ottawa, we organized as a big group of Ottawa teens in the Student Action Network for the Environment (SANE) got together and chalked up all over downtown to raise awareness of Earth Day and to draw people to the Hill. Pretty darn cool to see this happening, 22 years later. <3

  • Fantastic!

    Vote green.

  • Get out the youth vote! The youth can change this country! Let's vote for tomorrow, today!

  • LOVE THIS!

  • Get Ya Vote On!

  • Love the idea, but you should make sure there are arrowheads from time to time on the line, or you might draw voters AWAY from the polling stations instead, to your house, or wherever you started the line from!

    Just sayin'

  • Great Video, Way to go Young Greens

  • Always GREEN and I used to be young. Thanks for all your efforts. I added this to my blog today.

  • great video!

  • wonderful and direct youth vote take us back home

  • I'm just sayin...Conservatives are in a bit of hot water over their "alternate interpretation" of election law...let's keep the Greens above that. Greens promoting Greens to draw green lines "could be taken as an indication of support for... a political party", so let's just be careful that the lines don't "cross a line" when it comes to proximity to the polling stations. :) In our riding, people at the polls aren't even supposed to wear bright colors associated with the parties.

  • Thankfully notsocrazy100, this action doesn't support a particular party in any way. Simply lines towards a polling station with the colour that is used to signify "GO" (green lights, signs, etc.)

  • #GPC will not be taking responsibility for all water soluble graffiti appearing on the night of April 21 2011 !!!!!!!!!!!!

    I like it...please vote #youthvote #exln41 #human rights

  • 166. (1) No person shall

    (a) post or display in, or on the exterior surface of, a polling place any campaign literature or other material that could be taken as an indication of support for or opposition to a political party that is listed on the ballot under the name of a candidate, or the election of a candidate

  • Cool idea...but make sure it doesn't violate the following Elections act. Green lines going right up to the polling stations could be a major issue. This law applies to both candidates and electors, and anyone found in violation of the act would not be allowed to participate in elections in various ways in the future...so make sure that where the lines are and are not to be drawn is well-defined!
