Use the process first of yt reporting unless he is makig threats to you. That is something authority can do yet alot of times police pass teh buck to feds or other states it is happenening depending on budget. Use civil court to get restraining order too if needed. Or civil action

@combatvetlawstudent Often just reporting to YT isn't enough, they just open new channel(s) and keep harassing a target. Just set up a system where you record everything, screenshots of comments, comments in inboxes and emails, also save page source codes in case they delete the comments. Keep the data organized and in a safe place, if you have an attorney forward copies. Be patient... and don't allow it to distract you from life...just keep your ducks in a row; when time is right - nail em.

@combatvetlawstudent Keep in mind that if the issue is one of simple harassment, probably the best and simplest course of action is to report to YT. When more serious issues such as copyright violations, defamation, etc. are involved, in order to have a reasonable chance of winning a judgment, it is necessary to demonstrate some tangible loss (such as directly related economic loss, negative affects on health, etc.).

While crime was serious then I was almost kidnapped, beat up and other cirmes done to me in california and witnessed otherr kids in the midwest get picked on it was NOT like it is now. Now mean kids have become twisted adults. They are doing and syaing horrible things online. Telling kids ot kill theirse;ves and harassing threatening

There has always been cruelty and evil works. Crime, and abuses all thru centuries. Yet amount has increased in frequency all over the earth. All bad forces increasing of all kinds in the earth. Cyberstalking is just one kind. Yet it affects kids seriously. These people who go about talking crazy to just anyone may not even know or care who is behind the user name if they dont show theirself like alot of yt users dont so they could welll be talking abusively to all ages REPORT THEM!
