You did very good job you guys, i am surprise you make in hour injera and it turn out good, not bad at all, in our busy society

To make injera is a proccess you have to have starter, you mix all ingredients, like you did soupy, you let rise then you bake it.

Love you guys. But I see you did not let the teff ferment for 3 to 4 and you used baking soda. Does it give it the sour taste that is so traditional in teff?

It's frying in oil! AHAAHAHA. Whuh happened to the bubbles? It's hard, I know. Gotta let the mixture ferment first for 2-3 days. Try a little of honey/yeast to start. But that's still not injera. Faux-jera!

It was good because we did what we were supposed to do... nowhere did it say it had to come out looking.. or tasting good... haha. I should post a link to a proper Injera recipe... :P
