To be honest, I think Korean music nowadays is too commercialised, mainstream. The Korean songs that have true emotion in it barely see the light of the music charts. Instead, F.I.R and a few other C-pop & C-rock artistes I know of make music with true emotion in them. And people actually appreciate this kind of music.

@RareJadeForest06 Chinese characters are actually pictograms. Nowadays it doesn't look like it, but if you research on it, the ancient characters look more like pictograms. Take 'yue' (or moon) for example. I don't know how they worked out the pronunciation, but according to one of Chinese Cinderella book, chinese pronunciation has nothing to do with the character.

@BearTibbersable Koreans DID NOT invent chinese. They incorporated (added chinese into) their own language, in a form of writing called Hanja. Read up. en(dot)wikipedia(dot)org(slash­)wiki(slash)Hanja. It was SPREAD TO Korea via the spread of Buddhism.

They take and they improvise and alter according to their own country's personal taste and beliefs. But they can't have invented EVERYTHING. People shouldn't be influenced by Kpop and treat Korea as the ultimate DIVINE, claiming that they invented EVERYTHING is pretty shameless on the Korean's part. Even China's traditions were SPREAD and altered WITHIN China itself. Just so you know...
