@hainguyenx I disagree. I think he is in great shape for a muay thai fighter. The western interpretation is that fighters need to have very big muscles and a typical gym workout body. This may be true for Wrestling, boxing and even kickboxing but not for muay thai nor most of the asian styles. You need to be quick and focused while maintaining great techniques. Working out in the common sense (lifting wights etc) too much will be an disadvantage, instead fighters practice a lot.
