Isn't it a little disingenuous to suggest that the accomodation an employer needs to make is adjusting schedules to allow for appointments? Don't non-mentally ill people need this same flexibility for therapy for dr appts? It seems like there are other accomodations that are more important, such as not expecting extra hours, keeping stress levels manageable, etc.
