Well, in Thailand, that voting system is not a true democracy anymore because the government under THaksin didn't do it the clean away. They buy votes mostly from the poor since they're uneducated and that's why they're always elected. The court just declared their guilt and dissolved this party a day ago from election fraud. Vote buying is not a democractic way of election.
