I know but my Maltese needs shoes. I refuse to take him out without it. He almost died when he stepped on a bee and in my neighborhood the ground is full of half dead bees. People make fun but I got used to it. Also don't leave home without Benadryl. Second time Benadryl saved his life, first time Emergency vet. The first couple of times he didnt like the shoes but now he loves it and he lift his legs for me to put them on after I put the harness on.
