Kids always like it, That's why Australians can eat it... "Start `em young." I wish Vegemite was available in the US, all I can find is Marmite which is a UK/NZ version of Vegemite. I am now addicted to Marmite, and by default, quite possibly Vegemite! :)

Try getting Vegemite on Ebay, also the NZ Marmite made by Sanitarium is very tame compared to the UK Marmite made by Unilever UK.(Both totally different products). If you are addicted to UK Marmite you've done well.

Marmite is made from yeast, maybe that's the difference? I have never tried vegemite, but I loooooove Marmite spread thin on buttery toast! The toast has to be crisp and brown though, or it's not the same.
