1 good performance in a year isn't enough to justify a 50k per week salary. he literally has been aweful since his last good game against villa last year and a performance like this is the absolute minimum we should be expecting from arsenal players. if you can't understand why fans say bad things about him then you simply haven't been watching arsenal play.

He was the best Arsenal player in so many matches, unfortunately Arsenal fans like yourself don't give him credit for anything. Always looking at the small negatives which makes u ignore all the positives. @carpenteraaa11 i didn't even watch this video because i already saw the game. i dont have to watch any others because i've already seen the games. a youtube video =/= arsenal playing. you can make anyone look class in highlights, even denilson and almunia can look good in 5 mins. but you don't get the full picture. you don't see the work rate, positioning, off the ball movement, teamwork and passion etc.

@matt1312 LOL u didn't watch this video? THAT shows how much u hate him. u c there is a big difference b/w highlights and match comps. I include everything, including his mistakes. As an attacking midfielder he should be judge by what he does with the ball anyways, even though he's brilliant without it. The amount of clips that I wish I could include but cant cuz he didn't touch the ball is beyond me. Rosicky covers for the full backs and press on the opposition's defense.

@matt1312 I think his passion, teamwork, positioning and work rate are showed in the video. I don't think you can see all these things in all the players when you watch the game live :S thats why these kind of videos are being made. I do miss a lot of things when I watch a game live. if u make a Denilson or Almunia video like these you would have to include their mistakes and that would make the video SUCK. anyways, I hope u open ur eyes and give him a chance ;)

This was classic Tomas Rosicky. Love this guy, crafty and incisive when on his day. His passing and midfield play seems sharper this season. I've always known rosicky has a dash of pace to burn so im not surprised about his "amazing run" in the second half, seen him do it many a time in the past.

If he gets his shooting boots back on and gets a run of games to build confidence & consistency, then I think he'd be the second best midfielder in the club after Wilshere.

I really hate how people said rosicky is a bad player just because he was injured for a long time and getting old and doesn't score much goals and doesn't look back to the freekicks rooney and larsson scored. @victorchancc If only people would see how many times Tomas gets stuck in there when fighting for the ball! They would not be hating on him they would be asking why no one else on the team works as hard. Football is not about assist ratios, shots on target, and whatever stat you want to quote. That stuff is for baseball, this is football. I would rather cheer with pride for a team that has players with heart like our no. 7 than mercenaries, who shall not be named.

He is one of my favorite players if not the favorite, and Im so glad his form is back, great playmaking abilities. but I feel he's not so close with the other guys.. i mean i never see chemistry between him and any other gunner, they might be taking him for granted. And if there is something I have to point out is that he doesnt get involved enough in attack, he nearly always stays back and I would love to see him shoot and get closer to the box.

I am usually a critic of Rosickys because I know what he is capable of & against Sunderland yesterday he would have been MOTM if it wasn't for the heroics of Rvp. Well played Tomas, back to how you were playing in the 2007 days I hope :)

Also I'm so happy Arsenal fans YouTubed Rosicky vs Sunderland because it shows we all knew he put in a shift for us yesterday...I think he was playing so well Wenger took him off to rest him for the Marseille game on Wednesday.

I hope he does prove his critics wrong, thats why I started making these videos ;) he is the most underrated Arsenal player, he's good performances go unnoticed by most.

I was one of the 8% (was it still 8 at the end? I voted when they first put it up) who voted him MoTM. Fantastic performance. Tomas is one of the most underrated players in the Premier League.

Arshavin was also showing his magic skills and making sure we know he's still in there and he's coming back. I never gave up on Arsha and I never will. When people called him fat and lazy I just laughed it was so untrue. He's one of the best and I do believe we'll be hearing, "ARRRRSAAAVIIINN!" again soon.

It's clear Ramsey isn't ready for the role Rosicky played in and Rosicky very much is. With quality around him Rosicky plays that role better than anyone else in the squad and I really hope he's now considered first choice.

His through balls are well, he doesnt have a through ball, he never cuts a defence open. Id much rather have wilshere in that position. Dribbling is his best asset but whenever he dribbles into a dangerous position he just gives it away or has to go back. Barely even saw him against marseille.

@Rosicky7777777 I think its because he wanted to rest him. He just came back from a minor injury and he did look a bit tired in the final 5 minutes before he was subbed. Wenger uses him on the wing because of his tracking back ability and the way he supports the fullbacks. he used to play instead of arshavin, but now Gervinho does track back so Rosicky is not needed on the wing ;)
