you have never truly been scared on your horse then, going to a huge 4 foot oxer for your first time, scared out of your mind, then you trust your horse, and your horse gets you over it

The competition where they jump a line and raise it is called six bar, or four bar depending on how many fences.

That was a spectacular video. The dressage clips were timed perfectly and the jumping videos were great. Well done!

um are you kidding me if the horses didn't like it they flat out wouldn't be able to do it, because they wouldn't have the passion to get over the jump. You don't see grand prix horses going around with their ears pinned. Seriously dressage horses can be treated way worse so unless you've done show jumping I don't think you're in a place to comment.

Okay, what horse at 2:40-2:50, he was white, but his rider lined him up for 4 or 5 jumps in a row, and people were standing beside the jumps, but each jump was higher than the last, What was that? Where they seeing how high the horse could jump?

That is just another class in show jumping that is less popular these days. There are three/four jumps across a diagonal, and every new round the jump height is raised. The winner is the last person to knock a rail. They do it on the Animal Planet Cup - or whatever it's called. Sometimes they get up to 6'!
