  • my fiance wes miller was sent 2 Euclid youth authority in chino 4 3 years he told me a story of a roomy tryn commit suicide mny times he later said that he heard the guards laughing bout the situation. you c these things here bcuz children dont hve rights jus wut we tell them they could hve and wen they can complete bs n the govt says rights add to youth as well as adults not really they dnt instead of gettn a complaint sheet on a CO in prison ur likely 2 jus get a spray n the face n juvy

  • THIS IS SO SAD...

  • y would a 6 year old be in juvie????

  • Thank you so much for posting this! Could you send me the references that are in the video at the end? We cover juvenile justice issues like this and would love to bring stories like this to the public's attention.

  • ummm.. how? I was the one in placement, your fucking retarded.. i cant be stupid or have wool over my eyes? i saw the kid, i knew the kid.. not you.

  • Seems a tad one-sided, Only being a first year Law student. I know that not one judge throughout the U.S or any other country would trial and convict a child under 10.

    Severely exagerated

  • @alZiiHardstylez be quiet

  • @alZiiHardstylez thats bullshit because i was in a placement facility from the age of 16-17 and there was an 9 year old boy in there as wel convicted of raping his younger brother.

  • @21flowerchild I disagree, you are either incredibly stupid or the wool has been pulled over your eyes.

  • I was a juvenile offender and at age 14 was forced to work wild fires. I burnt my right big toe on a hot spot and was almost raped by a fellow inmate. This place was a gladiator academy! The staff did not care and forced us to do hard labor. I was kept in an isolation cell after fending off a rapist for 6 days in restraints. I now have PTSD and the court still thinks i have not paid my debt for a small crime. I am 37 now.

  • It seems to me that asphyxiation is one of the leading causes of these deaths. It's so cruel what happens to all these kids in JDCs, but i don't think all centers are like this, I certainly hope most aren't like this.

  • The media and the law don't care because all they give a shit about is money. They don't give a damn about human life, or probably anyone else's life in general but their own. Goddamn how I hate people. What a goddamn sick fucking world we live in. And it's not just shit like this in juvenile detention centers or prisons. This shit happens every damn day, police brutality, cruelty in mental institutions for people who are mentally ill, animal cruelty, fuck. Fuck these damn people.

  • @HaHaxIxWin I CANT BELIVE IT, ALL POLICE ARE HIDING A VERY BIG THINK FROM THE KIDS PARENTS

WHO ARE IN JUVINILE. IF NOT THAT THEY SEND THEM TO FIGHT IN THE WAR. THESE POLICEMAN DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE KIDS UNDERSTAND, AND NOT RESTRAIN THEM. IT DOES NOT WORK! IT MUST STOP. POLICE KILLING KIDS? THAT TELLS US POLICE ARE BAD OF WHAT THEY DO. AND TAZERS, GUNS, AND HANDCUFFS? EVEN TO LITTLE KIDS!!! IT MUST STOP!!! THE POLICEMAN SHOULD

    GET THE PENALTY!!!

  • Also, Juvenile Detention Centers are not allowed to house 6 year old children. Anything below the age of 9 is illegal and the Judge would never grant the admission of a 6 year old and if he did it would be overturned and he would lose his job. Therefore, this presentation has some references that need to be taken into consideration.

  • @mplilhommie16 you need to fucking wake up cock sucker

  • It is sad that this happens within some Detention Centers. Reading through the comments makes me feel as if most of you have no trust in the Juvenile System. I just want to point out that there are Juvenile Detention Centers out there that have wonderful and caring staff. The center that I currently work at is proof. We receive letters from released Juveniles on a daily basis thanking the detention center for being so kind and giving them a chance.

Just know that not all JDCs are bad.

  • @mplilhommie16 You must not reside in Illinois.

  • dude i was in a ydc n its true all true they do hurt u n i almost saw a guy die b4 at my dorm n its not funny the ppl who work there r really working for some of the kids inside bcuz they got money n thats worng as hell i hate that place they do get away with alot of shit i should know bcuz i was there take my word for it!!!

  • I went through the juvenile corrections department from age 12 o 17 and all I have to say is, I'm greatful my name isnt on that list, they do literally fuck you up when they restrain you.

  • i think it is digusting what these ppl are doing to these kids they are put in these places to learn a lesson but in all reality they are being abused and that is just wrong and its not right how would those ppl doing this like it to be their child or family member it just disgusts me and to think it gose on till this day and noone listens to these kids how sad.

  • i feel that what these ppl do to these kids is so sad u have children as young as 6 yrs old what dose a child of that age do to deserve to be restrained for a period of that long it is just down right disgusting what these ppl are doing to these kids yes they are there for what they have done wrong but it gives noone the right to mistreat them how they feel it disgusts me

  • This.....is just torture,I can imagine these kids, May the lord protect everynody in these centers please god protect them

  • hahahahahahaha!!!! that first one is hilarious. - there's some reason to flame me you no lifes..

  • this shit sux, have never seen anything like this. have heard of punishment. or just people being neglected. but it is just cause some just don't have time or doubt that they are gettin paid enough. if u have a job like this it should be cause u enjoy what u are doing...

  • fuck em all! I hope they all fucken die.

  • These facts are depressing. I have been in the education and social services fields for 20+ years. One of the "facts" not shown here is that we could've prevent this. We can prevent this... at home. In many of my years in the field I wonder what kind of parent is behind every juvenile case. I wonder why people marry and have children, love and protect them. Unfortunately behind a juvenile delinquent, there is a sad story... disinterested parenting.

  • I disagree I have a son in a YDC and I have always been a very interested parent. I never missed a school meeting or a sports event that my child was involved in.

Sometimes things can not be prevented at home because once these kids are in the "system" the parent can not do anything to get them out.

  • This was brilliant!

  • I have been fighting the system here in San Diego for a few years now. We were able to prove corruption within the system by having people who worked for the system tell the truth about what happens to the kids behind closed doors! Horror stories and more! There was a suit filed that got over 350 workers fired from their jobs. The Governor has failed to comply with the Change and Reform order! The kids are still suffering and we need to speak up and help them! I use the new media. It can work!

  • in luzurne county pa 2 judges were indicted for Jailing Kids 4 cash

    they are awaiting sentencing

  • that is one of the most moving videos ive ever seen
