yes the keypad can crack easy but if u know how to treat it right the will not crack

Anyway I've heard a comment from a vid from this site(4got which 1)tat we should slide the fon up while charging it will not heat up those buttons n make it crack easily...

i have this phone. the keypads do crack but is not serious until after a while. mine are cracked but they still work.

another problem is the screen. theres no screen protector so it is bound to crack unless you get a hard case which i have.

I read somewhere there was a fault in some of the phones that made them crack, which they fixed after about 28 weeks, anyone who bought phones made after the 28 weeks keypads didn't crack.

I'm thinking of getting this phone, hope its ok :S guess i'll have to be careful lol

I got this phone yesterday and it is awesome, you can edit pictures in 'Photo DJ' and put wings, crowns, horns and more on you're picture!

'Music DJ' is just as cool, with more choices than previous Sony Ericsson's to make music with!

'Video DJ' you can put you're own voice into the movie, by a speaker on the back of the phone, you can also make slide-shows with up to 8 different movies!

the only button that feels looser than normal is the menu (main) button but its not so much loose but that its got more direction when pressing up or down, doesnt feel much different to the other phones' keypads.
