The Rocket 3 stock would be several bike lengths ahead in a real 1/4 mile run. And to m109r below, the Rocket 3 comes detuned to about 90% power. Set-up for full 100% powwer, the 3 K&N mod and Triumph Off Road pipes, it will eat 109's all day no matter waht you do to them.
@boingkster yeah....BUT riding the bmw 1000 for any distance is shear missery...try doing several 400-500 days and you will be hurting...400-500 on the rocket is no big deal...its apples and oranges pal....oh and btw carpenter is now making a a 260 rwhp 190 ft/lbs tq drive in drive out package for the rocket...

@9secondsflat 1 OK know it all yes you can increase the HP of any internal combustion Engine 2 type in 1100 hp Boss Hoss in youtube and learn something 3 you can get that same 1100 HP Boss Hoss geared to have a top end over 300 MPH ant seen a stock Busa pull that off 4 the Triumph is different its butt ass ugly 5 my Harley is 100% stock its a cruiser if i wanted to go fast id buy a ZX14 6 why would you put 5000 into a triumph thats only worth $3000 i had 2 triumphs Electrical problems on both

@9secondsflat hey pickle smoocher have ya heard about the Bugatti Veyron 1001 HP top speed limited to 253MPH the Bugatti Veyron SS limited to 267 MPH because of tires they will go faster now im quite shore there is much more drag and surface area to a Veyron then there is to a Motorcycle with 1100 HP now again get off the computer little girl and read a book it might help your ignorance some.

rockets are quicker by far,i've owned an m109r and i know they are not that close to a rocket, i now own a k8 gsxr1000 and it is a scary beast.
