For the price its a great machine. I've had it for a couple years now and it has held up great. Material and workmanship is great, no problems. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is a little narrow. I am 5'7 and 135lbs. It is stable for me unless I'm going super fast. I am a ...

REally dont think theres any real benefit in training this way in terms of muscle growth.... u do have great form though a rare thing to see in youtube training vids
@SKATHAROZOUMISS its a squeezing movements so dumbells wouldn't work as well in my opinion. If you hit the right angle, with elbows at 45 degrees it is more of a lat movement than anything else.
@Darkfire1309 Giant sets training is just one method to add muscle, it isn't the "best" - that doesn't exist. This video shows a very advanced method of placing the muscle under extended tension, forcing a massive amount of blood into the tissue, and damaging muscle fibres. All of which will lead to a specific type of hypertrophy (a fancy term for muscle growth). Build a base with straight sets before really trying such an extreme method would be my advice to a beginner.
Back training in UP Mayfair is a really fun thing to do! Please everyone note my personal favourite machine, the almost 40 year old Nautilus pullover in the second set of this giant back set.

Great Video! I wonder if I could ask what the benefit is of doing a giant set like this as appose to a more conventional set rest method?
