  • It is what it is......stupid legislation......

  • He stays with it ,he is got my vote. he better not change the tune after he is elected.

  • (b) Unless a special hazard exists that requires a slower

speed for compliance with Section 545.351[0](b), the following speeds

are lawful: (1) 30 miles per hour in an urban district on a street

other than an alley and 15 miles per hour in an alley; (2) 70 miles per hour in daytime and 65 miles per hour

in nighttime if the vehicle is a passenger car, motorcycle,

passenger car or light truck towing a trailer bearing a vessel, as

defined by Section 31.003... [clipped for length]

  • #2 Passenger car or light truck. Neither are private property, both are a commercial term. I do not have a "drivers" license, Tags, Inspection stickers and noone bothers me after the first time. I have been traveling this way for more than a year now and have several friends all over Texas that do the same. Read all the definition in the code before you answer any questions.

  • 545.351 545.352 <---- here's the speed limits y'all!!

  • What he is talking about is a good start.
