  • RWS makes a scope mount just for that gun. And if you look there are two holes under your utg mount that the RWS mounts studs go into. The RWS mount will set your scope a little lower to the barrel. But if yor UTG mount is working I would just stay with that. Not sure if the UTG has the studs or not?

  • @funnyman1972 The UTG has studs, but they don't line up with the holes in the Diana 350, so they are not functional. But the UTG has the lip stopper feature. My scope has stayed put so far, but I've only shot it about 40 times so far.

  • I have heard that you have to have an airgun scope or it will ruin the scope. A scope that can take the recoil from a .300 win mag will fall apart when mounted on an air gun. But I guess you said that after I typed all this. lol

  • @Buckrun11 Yeah, it's all about the direction of the recoil. A firearm scope innards are forced forward in the scope by the the kick back, so the scope is reinforced to take that directional force. On a springer air rifle the direction of force is the opposite so the reinforcement must be the opposite.
