I have this on my ps2, and everytime i load this level, the sword is on her back but lara only uses her guns... why? is it because its on ps2?

at the beginning you can also use the guns, if you use the sword it needs medipacks, those medipacks are much more importand while killing that thing.

every time i did time trial i had to stab the thing then it would be complete but it ran out of time i got soooo angry.....

I've completed 100 % of the game and I can honestly say that the boss is a pain in the as on hard. I am very skilled in TR but if you do a misstake and get double-hit by it's attack then you screwed. But in time trial it's more easy.

Yes, great walkthrough! It's really easy to kill this monster, you don't even have to come closely to him, just stand near and press Interact button.

Easy? It's not easy for me. When monster falls down I can't stap it. I don't know why! And then it stands up again with great health! :(

I know you posted this comment a year ago so you've probably finished the game by now... but just in case...

You need to press the interact button up close to the monster when it lies down so Lara stabs it. (It's the same button you use to pick up rewards.) Then, it gets back up again with near to full health. You need to keep doing that four times altogether before it is beaten. Hope that helps!
