Naruto does have a jacket like that now, but I really doubt this is how they'll look like in the future: this is problably just fan art. Some fan art looks REALLY close to the actual think, and can be tricky to determin whether its real or not. I saw this on a lot of avertisments for fan sites, and I read the manga so I see all of the posters Kishimoto puts up every so often, and this isn't one of them...
