Actually the N97 has a 434 Mhz processor and the Omnia HD has a 800 Mhz processor ( previously thought to have a 600Mhz processor)

So I'd choose the Omnia HD. The N97 is too expensive and not innovative.

I has an accelerator so then it can go up to 800 Mhz. But officially it is 600 Mhz yes. And the Nokia N97 is not that innovatice. I think the Omnia HD is way better. So I agree with you.

and omnia have capacitive screen wich means imidate responce of tuching. i dont understand why to buy n97 if omnia is MUCH MUCH MUCH superior (processor,ram,cam,HDvideo ect.)I dont think that n97 will play HD movies without converting. plus n97 and omnia have same symbian version,so i dont see any reasion to buy nokia.
