This guy didn't commit a crime, but an act of war against the United States. Jon Gotti was an American citizen, as was Mcveigh. The constitution has no jurisdiction with non-americans. When I broke a tooth last year, at 2 AM on a sunday morning, I was in intense pain, a 7 or 8 on the pain scale, the ER denied me any pain meds and told me to go to a dentist monday morning.
