I bet, but their phones are tapped anyway, thats common knowledge.

It pretty much seems exposing evil doing is a target. Its only hated when the folks doing the evil are guilty and it can be proven it is them.

Now if evil come to their own families I'm sure they would complain about it (rightly so) but I'm sure they would be upset to find out "reporting the wrong doing" has become a crime and makes "them suspect".
