Plant a peach tree!! Two years after mine was planted, I grew 150 huge ones even after thinning out most of them! The third year we were going to have a late freeze while it was in flower so I wrapped the tree in old sheets. This knocked off a lot of the outside blossoms but I got 90 peaches the size of baseballs!
To make life easy, you could run the peaches and zucchini through a food processor to chop them up. This is an invaluable aid if you are cooking large quantities for storage.
@SSanf You're right mooshying them all up before should really reduce cooking time! Thanks for the tip! Oh and I think winter would kill the tree. It goes to -30 C during winter ;)
