4 REAL! It's what the Mexicans do and it cuts the acid as well as boosts the overall taste with a subtle wash of chocolate. I can't even EAT chili now w/o the Hershey's (or your favorite brand) spiraled over the top of it and then stirred in. Let me know if u try it, buddy! Take care (love your vids TOO!) :-)
This looks AWESOME! I watched it twice so I could write it down! I like the bacon idea! I usually squeeze one lime into my chili and add 1/2c of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup. It turns out AWESOME every time! It's also great seein' you in a culinary light. Thanks 4 the recipe TOO! :-)
@TheUrbanSquirrel It shouldn't be too hard to find. You can check out your Mexican grocer. And while you're there, get yourself some Mexican Coke. Real sugar. No high fructose corn crap. My whole life they've used that and I always wondered why Coke and Pepsi always tasted so much better over seas. Now I know. Enjoy cowboy ;)

I use black beans in my chili, too. The bacon is a nice touch. Gotta find some Mexican oregano!
