  • I tried so hard to do this... lol I couldn't get passed the jump squats. They stuffed me within doing 5 of them!! Kudos to the girl in the video, she must be fit as heck.

  • Hey, thanks for the video. I have a question. For a beginner (first few sessions), would it be okay to do, say, two sets of each exercise instead of four? I mean, would it be any effective?

  • @KlimovK Yes, very effective. Start with two and in a week bump it up. Remember this one is intense so if you need to cut out the jumps at first that will work also.
