Yes, you can do it with the same program, but you have to choose whether you have a left monitor or a right monitor along with the center. Alternatively, you could span your two monitors using your graphics drivers in XP, which would put half the game on each monitor. If you don't have XP, you can't do that, as the span option was removed in Vista.
