ok so i tried this and its been three days since i soaked my hair, 19 washes with dawn and various shampoos and i cant get the coconut oil out of my hair. Its like thick hard wax that wont wash out. Help! Cuz now it stinks and my hair is all a mess and wont get clean =( i just want my long beautiful hair back!
@drummerdiva1 ummm...I've never heard of that. Coconut oil turns to liquid in your hand, and definitely under a warm shower it should just melt or rinse off easily...I don't know what you used, but it shouldn't be wax. Even if it was a little crusty, it would flake off after all that and brush/comb out. You should post a pic or video so I can see what you're dealing with...or check the bottle...sorry I can't be of more help, it sounds really strange
