  • How did I know this was going to be bench rest? I wish you did it in prone...

  • Fuck that wind is a partypooper, dude has some real sKILLs

  • very impressive

  • @TheLUKE505 Yes it is !

  • un viento de lpm q queres

  • in switzerland you shoot with the normal assult rifle (Stgw 90) also up to 300 meters but without scope and the target is 1m x 1m big

  • This is very difficult!! takes years of practice and thousands of rounds down range to become this consistent .. the average military snipers shoots a 3" group at 300 yards which is 1 moa . this group measures just under 1/4 moa . Nice shooting!!!

  • @circuitbreaker415 I agree military snipers can shoot 3 inches at 300 yards with a scope and good rifle, but often i hear alot of shit how the AVERAGE Marine is shooting iron sights at 500 meters with a M16 rifle which in my opinion as a shooter is a bunch of bull.

  • @TheCashistrash its true, but the target they need to hit is pretty big i think.

  • @TheCashistrash Actually we shoot at 200,300, and 500 yards. Its 5-10 shots in the prone position from 500 yards though. The target at 500 yards is a "B-mod" essentially the upper half of a person to scale with your average adult. All shots from 500 yards are done in the prone position. Being a marine and having shot and pulled targets for fellow marines i can safety say the average marine can definitely hit a man from 500 yards.

  • @circuitbreaker415 yes its nice shooting but military snipers not use vise or chair to take a shot and do not have pinwheel downrange. Benchrest shooters and military snipers that's 2 diferent thinks.

  • awesome shooting!

  • nice tight grouping man

  • u would probly find his point of aim is the bull it's not all about hitting the bull it's about group size.but im sure u put all ur bullets through the same hole at 300meter's rite. you do realise he put 5 shots into a 14.60 mm group but being a .308 u would have five into a 7.82mm group hey

  • you dont know much about firearms, do you

  • considering I was a Armorer in the Marines and

    a Gunsmith I believe I do

  • Sorry but im not an avid follower of this 'sport' but why exactly is everyone hyped that he can hit the same spot alot.. Its not even the center of the fricken target? if somoene can hit the bullseye without attaching thier gun to a table then i give them my props and not this. Im sure he worked super duper hard !

  • you're actually wrong.. It's not the fact that the rifle is not hitting the bullseye..

It is however the fact the rifle is hitting -.35 " in the same area in a 5 shot group@ 300m. You can adust the sight to hit the bullseye at a later date. This is in the howling wind. This Rifle is consistent. That means, once tuned(ie scope adjusted to bullseye) you could hit the nose(the triangle target you aim for which gives you proper alignment of the brainstem) of a perp

  • Excellent shooting and wonderful rifle. 30BR with 118 bullets is popular in 1:16 twist 308 barrel. Claims are load at home and shoot at PPC levels.

  • Isn't a 135 a bit light to be shooting in wind with? Wouldn't a 168 or 180 be better?

  • Yes it is light. But this barrel is a 1- 16 1/4 inch Twist, and is an experiment, but shoots good though.

  • It shoots very well. But being a recovering bench rest shooter, and we are all mad-scientists, I was wondering what a 168 with its higher BC would do in wind like that...I always had great luch using Sierra 168's in my Remington Varmint. I used 68 Berger's in my 6mm PPC...

  • I know that a 168 Sierra or a custom BR bullet will get smaller group at 300 M, in a 1-12 or 1-14 twist barrel. Due to better wind bucking ability, BC.

    Good Shooting!

  • Are you serious? Do you have a clue what you are talking about? This is not an off the shelf hunting rifle. It is a custom built BENCHREST rifle, custom barrel, custom action, tuned hand load's for the rifle, reading the wind and a lot of practice. Do you know why he has that pinwheel downrange? To read the wind! To be competitive in that sport you MUST know what the wind is doing. Do some research before you make yourself sound like a jackass again, mr sniper sir......

  • YOU ARE RIGHT !

"OSAMA would never get in the neighbourhood of a rifle like this, he would run like hell or be plugged."

  • look every1...a greta group wld b sub half moa...hes shooting like a 0.2 moa in 20mph wind? ye right

  • Where do you come up with 20mph wind bro? Is this a USMC secret? The only footage he shows of the wind gauge is to show how far the target is from him. It's merely a 300 yard shot. And with a rifle like that, it's incredibly possible.

I repeat, now we know what you're not capable of. I know you don't get a bench and rifle rest when you've got Osama in your sites in the desert, but this guy does.

  • uve got a point...i was asuming my the sound of the wind it speed...coz it does sound like 20mph wind

  • Hello funny guy "usmcsniper". I have to agree with everything TXOdle and 396Diesel has already said. You're wrong.

And if you are going to join the Marines, you know you can't choose to be a Sniper, right? ...

  • tbh this is fake with a 20mph wind at 300 yards thts not possible

  • well now we know what you're not capable of.

  • supposed 2 b funny or something?...im stating a fact

  • cool

  • Excellent grouping.

  • Einkar glæsilegt.
