You usually see thru the eyes of the character, it has mesh. and you breath thru the mouth. Buying a fursuit is very, very expensive; for a full suit is like 2,000 dollars and up. You can make one of your own. There are fursuits tutorials to make one :3

I had gone the day before (it was raining) and I looked at where was safe to walk, and where the kids would most likely hang out. Like I didnt want to be around the beer tent, you'd be asking for trouble. After that I put on my weekend pass, and they let me right in! Just keep to the open areas and if any member of the commitie running the fair asks you who you are and what your doing and why, just tell them, its free advertising, and makes the kids happy too.
