Yes, you can, but, you can save discs by accessing the hard drive via FTP from your PC. This way you can restore the original file from the modified if it doesn't work, thus, saving you a disc. I got Lamborghini's, Ferrari's and bat-mobiles in GTA San Andreas. Google "How to FTP to my XBOX", you should find some info=]

is there enough room on the stock xbox hdd to download an emulator or 2? i want to soft mod for now till i order the mod chip, hdd, and front faceplate. there are a couple of other parts i am going to get like more ram and better cables to speed info xfer. what all did you do to your son's xbox anyway???

The XBOX has a stock HDD of 8GB. After all the necessary files needed for the XBOX to run you are left with about 4.7GB to play with. There were some XBOX released with a 10GB HDD but if you're in the US you probably don't have it. So to answer your question, you have 4.7GB of space to fill up with emulators=]

i recently juss softmoded mine(paid sum 1 to do it :) until i let one of my friends play w/it...d dvd2xbox does not werk anymore, i tink dey deleted sumthin so dat part dont werk nmore,

ive tryin to replace d dvd2xbox folder by usin ftp but notin werks,,,can u plz help me fix dis,everythin werks fine but dat i need cuz i need to copy movies hehehehe

I personally don't use DVD2XBOX. I would try deleting everything inside the CACHE folder and of course reinstalling DVD2XBOX. Next I would walk over to my friend a give him a devastating swap:)
