The Last Story Music - Order And Chaos (Normal Battle Theme)

This must seriously be the worst Battle Theme that Uematsu has done. Where is the melody? I don't understand how all of you can be so hyped.. I think it's rather embarrassing.

@Deffpoised You don't hear it? The melody is quite short and simple and repeated several times from 0:23 to 1:33 but Uematsu "twists" the ending a little each time and also changes the key for each "repetition". It is different from most of his previous battle themes, so try not to think of it as Uematsu's work, because if you have preconceptions of something it can often work against yourself.

@Roxaski2 They will, don't worry. They just confirmed Xenoblade for USA, that pretty much garauntees The Last Story, as long as Xenoblade sells well enough in USA :P

Fantastic! Nobuo has really changed it up for this game, I believe Sakaguchi asked him to. Love the songs I've heard so far, many of them very different for being Uematsu but you can still tell it's him.

Love the thunderous drums on this one, and the overall orchestral feel of the soundtrack.
