  • Grade 5, wtf? I'm on The 3rd and I play it way better than you!

  • @GoNGaX009 that means you're Grade 5 then don't it... -_-

  • where do u get the sheet music for this?

  • @rainbowlights97

from the book - time pieces for guitar (grade 5)

  • Very good! Congratulations!

  • NIce guitar...may I ask what it is...and maybe what year?

  • is the timing for bar 22 right???

because i dont know how much to slow down

    reli well played

ive got my g5 at easter

  • @theultimatebelieber I don't have score on hand now, so no idea where is bar 22. Basically, rubato is the most important thing for this piece. Indeed, I feel I did not do enough. Listen more this original song or performance and you would get a better idea. And use your musical sense to feel where should you pull or push, make music flow from your heart. I believe there would be very different interperation by different players.

    Hope it helps!

  • @theultimatebelieber by the piece it says cantabile e rubato which means you can drag the rythem around abit

  • Hi Very nice played ! Would want to point out the G bass is last for half beat only - bar 1 and so on... or is up to individual's taste.

  • Thank for your kindly comment!!

What version do you use? I use the one in Time Pieces volume 2. There is a little tie over the note "G" in both bars. it implies the note "G" should be sustained and blend over with the other notes. I like the sound effect of such sustaining. Indeed, throughout the whole pieces, there are many such ties during the piece! If such notes only are played for a quaver length, it will sound not as sweet as with sustaining.

    Anyway, I like such discussion.

    Cheers!

  • btw, pleae correct me if I am wrong!! Very Nice to meet you here!!
