this game but I downloaded the Japanese just because I have 2 puzzles at random, but after I found one where we write! however luke at the end tells Layton's all over? and Layton says it! may end up as Professor Layton do not believe in tears at the thought!

All three of them are planned to be released outside of Japan.

With the amount of voice acting and cut scenes, you'd understand why it would take a while to translate the copies into English and the like.

The second one is planned to be released in America at least, that I know for sure.

Yeah, I just remembered something after I posted that comment. If you played the first game (USA Version) it will ask for a password in the bonus section. It says that the password will be in the second game. With that said, most likely it will be released. Just a thought...

That's what I thought, at first, but, the game was only released one year ago in America.

I'm sure they'll have 2nd one out by the end of 2009. The game's massive amounts of puzzles, dialogues, and cut scenes need to be translated accurately, and that takes quite awhile.

Whenever they release it, I'll definitely be buying it because the first game was amazing.

what you say is true... I really loved the first game. After seeing the trailer for this second game, I am really interested in the story. the first story was amazing so i am assuming that the second one will be wonderful as well. Also, I will be trying to get that password in the second game for the first game's bonus contents. I am definitely getting!
