It's totally normal to see a frost tank whereas blood tanksarent that common and unholy tanks suck so nobody makes them. I went to a dungeon as a tank in unholy and got kicked out because it's worst tank spec.

To heal your ghoul, just target them and use it. To heal yourself, you have to be specced into Lichborne (located in the frost tree) and target yourself and deathcoil.

your rotation is right, but you can use something to increase your dps

DS -> IT -> PS -> HS -> HS -> (dump) -> DS -> HS -> HS -> HS -> HS then back to your rotation (IT -> PS -> HS -> HS -> (dump) ->DS -> Hs -> HS -> HS -> HS, etc

with DS first, you get abominal strength right off the bat, so you can do more dps

and there really isnt a "best" spec, all specs are good just how you play

nice, my top dps record was 1000 for about 30 seconds and i was only 67, but it stays at a steady 900 or so (with buffs), i just turned 68. btw, i'm not trying to make myself look better or anything, i have the death and decay glyph and the fel iron gear so that's why my dps is so high, plus i have the glyph for my pet to have some of my stamina and strength.
