I have to agree with your choice of WoW for first. I've played a lot of other MMORPGs, and I keep coming back to WoW. I also like WoW's graphics the best. Realistic graphics are overrated :)

I never say the game was hard, I myself don't find content hard and can do substantial dps given the gear I have on such a small server. I recently started a mmo marathon :D and played for about 15-20 days each mmo i could get my hands on (for the moment only subscription depended because these are the ones that you have to pay to keep playing) . That includes WoW, LotRo, EVE, Darkfall, Warhammer, AoC(conan, on progress, day 4), Aion, so far.

My top 3

1. EvE (i never got bored in this game)

2.LotRo (i hope they make the pvp part better in the future)

3. WoW (well you all know this one :D )

Between lotro and wow... i have to admin that these games are very similar(my opinion). I picked lotro because i liked lotro's story, atmosphere and graphics(i mean their style, wow its too cartoonish for my taste) than wow's.

I liked darkfall a lot, well some of its ideas but not the way they were implemented in game.

If you dont have a problem playing a mmo which you wont be able to see your char walking and swing a sword then EvE is the best mmo out there. Otherwise lotro is my choice.

I've tried lotro, warhammer and wow, but as I kept looking for a MMO I got really bored of grinding to level up. That's why games like Eve and AoC (That's chivalry, not conan) rock. While AoC Isn't a MMORPG, it's great. Eve online on the other hand, doesn't require grinding for skills. Just for money. And you can do well without the best stuff in eve.

pic a better screenshot for lotro. The 1st one on the login screen is through WINE in linux(though i have a working client in debian and it plays pretty good) and in low settings. I think the 2nd one is also from the same place. thats all...

Nice video. Good game choice. I definitely would not have put WoW before LotRO and I also would not have put cool pictures for every other game except LotRO. Don't make a MMORPG video and expect to not get "dumbshit" comments. I want to play Warhammer Online but no trial and $50? Is that worth it?

Warhammer is worth it if you love PvP. You can LvL PvPing or questing. Theres also world PvP in some spots were you can lvl.Pve in warhammer i have not tryed yet.

Yeah, LotRO is only smaller than WoW because WoW has been out for a longer time than LotRO. If they were both released at the same time, I bet LotRO would be more popular. I am patching to WAR Free Trial right now and I can't wait to play it. In WAR, can you be in a PvE server and also do PvP? I would keep playing LotRO but none of my friends play it because they are too busy playing WoW. One of my friends said he thought WAR was interesting so maybe I can get him to play it with me.

Yes you can do PvP on a PVE server.But if your into Pve more then PvP i wouldn't reccommend playing War. It's PvP oriented. And i know about wow. But warhammer also has a larger community imo. I see alot of people play it. When i tryed Lotro is saw few people
