I've actually eaten flour straight before. It is EXACTLY like that. Breathe, and whatever your saliva hasn't gotten to yet shoots out your mouth. Y'all should try it. And I remember it being a little chewy too.
BTW, I tried eating flour alone long before I saw this video... and that just made the thing funnier.
