These "police" are obviously a little wound up, but at no point were they in danger. The tazer was WAY over the top, and the punching just proves that some police are as bad as, if not worse, than the people they are arresting. Punching a restrained person.. scumbag.
At 2:01 the police arrest another guy who is shouting abuse at them without warning him about his behaviour first.... I was under the impression you had to be warned about your language at least once before being arrested...

A competant officer could have arrested him single handed but these guys were just incompetant and out of control.

the pigs was saying taser taser taser 3 times but actually they fired it 2 times who cares any way he deserve it he didnt listen to the pigs in the first place...
so at one point, there are six cops on this guy. i see some punches on him, and he is tased how many times again? those cops would be VERY comfortable over here in teh States.

It is impossible to tell from the video what happened before the tazer was used.
The guy could have been violent or maybe he was not.
