neck is bloodwood naturally red no finish. board is ebony. the body is solid maple with a red stain to bring out the stripes. it is one piece no bookmatch or veneer. very bright from being all very hard woods. this is now the varitone strat i put up after rewiring a little. Parts are warmoth. pickups texas special. thanks!
