  • But if you want to start from the ground you need to wined up some more and kick harder also try to not use your hands when you do your windmill it's all about upperback and shoulders your hands just slow you down you want to keep your hands close to your chest and just roll over them once you get on your back just pop up and twist really quickly on your shoulders and remember to kick your legs hard. If you do this you'll gain speed an it'll make them look way cleaner

  • You just need momentum try learning how to do a windmill from standing up that's what I do

    umm - for me - it came naturally....because i have long legs i could never jump into the stabbed position....but i HAVE seen alot of bboys who do/did jump into a stabbed position when they first started out....just experiment with it and you'll know what you feel more comfortable with

    if thats the case I recommend just practicing the initial kick and rolling onto your upper back/shoulders until it becomes natural

    Chances are if your knees hit the ground, your not getting high enough on your shoulders. I had the same problem practicing barrel mills. As long as you keep yourself on your shoulders, your legs will be up in the air and able to move freely

    on the first initial mill, lean forward on your forehead/side of your head. the key to continuing windmills is to stay on your upper back. always keep your head on the floor when u do rotations too. this will help when you move onto barrel windmills

  • everything looks good. but you want to try to keep your hips closer to your head. like when you are on your back, try to pull your hips, knees, and feet closer to your head. and if you can do that, itll be almost perfect.

    anyway, its really good and its better than what ive got. XD
