(comment 3) for ur head pretty much the same thing as i said for ur back muscles but a little differently, get on ur knees and put the top of ur head flat on the floor and roll ur head around in aclockwise motion and then back while still havn the center of ur head and legs in the same position, put weight on you head as you do this, thanks hope this helped =)

@micheljackson09 I had the same problem, everyone goes through the pain. The best thing is to keep practicing the move until it doesn't hurt so much. Two weeks ago, I couldn't hold a chair freeze for a whole second, but now I can do a decent airchair.
