  • @topolma hey your probably either stabbing too low or your doing a bad sidechair. if its the first try moving your stab up a little. if its the second work on your shoulder flexibillity. if its niether it may just be starting pain and that happens to a lot of people. it means your relying on your wrist to much and not your core. it will stop hurting the more you practice and your wrist and core will get stronger. it may also be your just not using your core. in that case try flexing your core a

  • i did what you said bboy joonie, but my senior friends said it was wrong cuz i leaned to low and legs are equal, they said my elbow was to low on my back too, and that my body should point up and my legs are up, like a diagonal V not an L, they said i was doiing a hong 10 with my head off the ground

  • This is and awesome tutorial but i can get one leg of the ground but i can get the other leg up and my head is still on the ground.Is it because i lack wrist strength?

  • @Siva6742 yeah, i have the same problem. have you tried doing the standard break dance pose? much easier to train your wrists.

  • @Siva6742 most likely its just practice, can take awhile for your wrist to be able to fully support you. train safe ;)

(comment 3) for ur head pretty much the same thing as i said for ur back muscles but a little differently, get on ur knees and put the top of ur head flat on the floor and roll ur head around in aclockwise motion and then back while still havn the center of ur head and legs in the same position, put weight on you head as you do this, thanks hope this helped =)

  • .....for your stomach, yes u do need to have your stomach used to having that elbow against it and it will hurt at the beginning, u have to do that windmill freeze where u pretty much stay on top of ur elbow, do that regularly and ull get used to it. (this is comment 2 look for next one)

  • I dont know if you have but you should have made a vid on how to make your rists strong, how to make your head used to the ground, pretty much all them things you have to do to be ready to start breackdancing. for those who are wondering how you do it, put your rist on the floor and hold it with the other, bend it in any way u think of and still keeping it on the ground, you actualy need to have strong back muscles, do just simple freezes to make ur muscles stronger...(look at other comment)

  • @b00ya911 Stretching really helps. Try doing what hes doing where your having trouble. Go as far as you can, even if it hurts. keep doing that and you will make it.

  • @micheljackson09 I had the same problem, everyone goes through the pain. The best thing is to keep practicing the move until it doesn't hurt so much. Two weeks ago, I couldn't hold a chair freeze for a whole second, but now I can do a decent airchair.
