Pseudoephedrine should be a banned, it has been reponsible for production of meth and so many lives destroyed. No one needs sudafed, no one is going to die of they dont use it. Its use is not as criticcal as other medications like antibiotics. I get sick regularly with colds, flues, hayfever and I have only used sudafed once in my entire lifetime, it is not necessary. There are plenty of alternative products that can be used and it should be banned because of it abuse potential
i have the same problem but with the nasal spray :( and i dont know how to stop because i am not comfortabke without it. Its difficult to breathe sleep and eat, but i no i need help
@Preenatanna I'm so glad I'm not the only one! I go through about 1 Sudafed decongestant spray every 2 weeks or sometimes 1 per week! I have been taking it for about 2 years and whenever I try to stop my nose is blocked and I'm so stressed I want to scream.
@bikerxtina Thats a problem with the nasal sprays they cause a reflex in your nose that causes it to constrict after a few hours. I'd advise you to switch to the tablets and its easier to cut down with them.
if you use decongestants alot for too long, then once you stop your nose totally blocks up, for days. some people cant cope with this and keep using the decongestants, so technically you can be dependant on them
Alter the compounds a litter bit using a few easy to obtain chemicals and you will really be a sudafed addict. Try adderall, they told me it was a safe drug to use, it only almost killed me.
