That would depend on the circumstances. Since they bought in to win at the lan, he is basically stealing from everyone; or at least attempted to. So if you equate all the money that was used to buy in, and the winning shares, then he is trying to steal a shitload of money, judging from the size of the people there playing. So in fairness, he got what he deserved. He tries to steal money, they return the favor.
