This is my interpretation of this: Niel knows that C.A.P loves him and viceversa but C.A.P couldn't keep it to himself anymore and so he wants to start saying to the members his feelings for Niel and he's starting with saying that he has pictures of Niel on his cellphone XD But Niel still doesn't want the members to know so he's just acting uncomfortable and passed to the next question XD
i think the same thing to0... is CAP really that scary..? taking his "dongsaeng" 's pictures without him kn0wing...!? huhuhu... or just he really LOVE Niel... hehehe...
i wonder what's the possibility of them being an actual couple?! :D
