This particular C.D. * Dam it was along time back but cutting edge for an conflicting girl w/no hair. Her greatest asset was the fact she was from Ireland, Cranberries were the only other band since Shelia sang.
I love Sinead. when everybody talked shit because of what she did with the picture of the pope, i stood by her and stuck up for her to everybody who said shit. i loved her before that and still love her now. shes an amazing woman who stands up for convictions and a talent that is phenomenal.
@Paranormalaccnt9 I was on TMZ’s website, and they had “before/after” photos of how she’s aged, and made fun of how unpopular she is now.
Made me so mad. Cuz no matter how “unpopular” she is in today’s Music scene (which sucks anyway), she truly made history with her first two albums at least. REAL female/ male musicians respect her, and know she was part of a “movement”, and a major talent in her own right.
Her tearing up the popes picture had nothing to do with fame. She used her fame as a stage to voice her opinions. Who wouldnt? She's entitled to her own opinion. People in power fear what they cant control. Sorry Tonofrecords, just had to get that off my chest. Thanks for posting this.
Again, I LOVE her vocals and style. She's extremely talented, but unfortunately, some people like to take their talent and use it to their disadvantage....
I HATE it that she made her "political statement" on SNL the way she did. She destroyed her American career. Sinead O'Connor is one of my FAVORITE singers...her vocal "flips" are wonderful! Thanks for posting this!
I just searched and watched it. It was kind of weird, hearing the audience's stunned silence at the end. But I still like the music she's recorded for the style and artistry.
Awesome chorus

Actually, this is America...land of the free. Sinead is a very headstrong woman and I admire her courage. Way to go, girl.
