I recorded this concert for the ETSU Department of Music. The ringing you hear after she cuts off at 2:58 is the sympathetic vibrations of the heating ducts of the recital hall. I thought that was pretty cool lol
I'm the pianist in this video. The ringing you spoke of is not the heating ducts, it is the piano. I thought it was a cool effect to put the pedal down to fill the silence with a spooky aura. Also, the abrupt pedal release at the end was my subtle way of sounding the guillotine to "finish off" Anne Boleyn.
