This isn't working for me. Ok I have the template from EA Sports World and it's blue. I don't know how yours is white :P So I just go to layers with nothing clicked and it goes to checkerboard but there are no outlines of the car. When I try to paint, it colors the whole screen. Please help! Thanks :)

yea this tutorial is over a year old...so i've learned a bunch of new things. my template is white cuz i accidentally colored it white and saved it. but search for the video "solution to NASCARELIC's problem" (by me) and it should help u some.

I click on the visible box and un-tick it but it wont stay unticked, so i'm just colouring over the whol thing and it wont work right

this tutorial is kinda out dated. here's what you should do:

1) go the the Windows tab

2) click the layers one (if nothing shows up just click it again)

3) then you should see a small pop-up box called Layers

4) there should be a choice called Gridlines w/ its check box checked

5) uncheck it and make sure the one called Paint is highlighted

and that's the other way to make the gridlines disappear.

its better to just open the pic you want and drag it onto the car and then move it around it saves alot of time

no i figured it out my "tolerance" thing was on 100% and I couldn't figure out why it kept going all one color and i watched the vid like 10 times trying to see what i did wrong until i noticed the tolerance was 100.
