  • @koska13 yes. :D if you do it everyday, you should lose weight. :D I have been in ballet for two years and i did this only twice a week (along with other exercises i did in between) and I lost quite a bit of weight. :D

  • Ballet is such a great discipline, allowing your body to strech, coordinate, long muscles, strong core, grace...... really good.

  • Preferably everyday before practice... it really will increase your flexibility and keep your muscles ready for any workout.
