Arnold is right in one sense. The tea party is an expression of anger but it isn't going to go away anytime soon. What most people who side with the tea party want is both Democrats and Republicans to stop wasting our tax dollars. The federal government is a black hole to pour money into. Lower taxes is better for everyone. Now, granted some people, like boowallie, want the government to take care of him. Every need, want and desire. Those are the ones that like the status quo.

He has it wrong - it is an expression of frustration of OUR REPS not representing us. They are supposed to be us in the government, not provide for us, but be our voice. That is what the tea party is about.
