well first i drew the image with pencil. then i photoshoped it w/ a free photo editing program i got from the web. and i made it into a gif image. then i made it into a video.
i forget the site but just type in "photo serif plus 6.0" and it should show up :]
yeah that does help, thanks, i did something like that, only i colored mine with colored pencil and just used window movie maker, but it didn't turn out as good as this one
