Yes this is the hacked game. If you beat gary once and return lorelei to the elite for next time he'll have a Heracross and tyranitar instead of rhydon and pidgeotto in normal fire red and leaf green

you can get a suicune by finding it in the wild randomly. after you get the national dex. you will find entei if you chose venusaur. you will find suicune if you chose charizard. you will find raikou if you chose blastoise

I never said once were they "god-tier" pokemon, I said he always uses any of them in his playthroughs. And you repeated what I just said, I'm making a point to use *shitty* 'mons to try and create a bit of challenge. All/most his pokemon OHKO, a non-super effective run would be nice.
